“Thalia is a professional with more than 8 years of experience in the data analytics field. She studied Economics and Political Science, and an MsC in Data Science at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).”
Before joining MiCRO, Thalía worked as a consultant specializing in qualitative and quantitative market research. She conducted research for more than 10 different markets, participating in over 40 projects in her career. During this period, she gained valuable experience designing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies as part of interdisciplinary strategies.
As an associate consultant, she developed high organizational, project and team management skills, as well as the capacity to communicate technical subjects to non-technical audiences. She also gained strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to understand a client’s needs and establish the objectives of a project.
Thalia co-authored one chapter of the book Gender, Energy and Sustainability. Approximations from the academy.
Her main interests are applied statistics, development economics and behavioral science.
